His Record

Louis Pasteur is quite clearly identified in Century 1, Quatrain 25:

The lost thing is discovered, hidden for many centuries.
Pasteur will be celebrated almost as a god-like figure.
This is when the moon completes her great cycle,
but by other rumours he shall be dishonoured.

Perdu trouvé, caché de si long siecle,
Sera Pasteur demi Dieu honoré:
Ains que la lune acheve son grand siecle,
Par autres vents sera deshonoré.

In Century 2, Quatrain 51 he appears to have been spot on about the Fire of London (1666):

The blood of the just will commit a fault at London,
Burnt through lightning of twenty threes the six:
The ancient lady will fall from her high place,
Several of the same sect will be killed.

Le sang du iuste à Londres fera faute,
Bruslez par foudres de vingt trois les six:
La dame antique cherra de place haute,
De mesme secte plusieurs seront occis.

And then there's the notorious Century 10, Quatrain 72. It's one of the very few that directly states a date. Nosty apparently wanted to make sure we didn't miss this one:

The year 1999, seventh month,
From the sky will come a great King of Terror:
To bring back to life the great King of the Mongols,
Before and after Mars to reign by good luck.

L'an mil neuf cens nonante neuf sept mois,
Du ciel viendra vn grand Roy d'effrayeur:
Resusciter le grand Roy d'Angolmois,
Auant apres Mars regner par bon-heur.

But alas, it's now the year 2005, fifth month, and no great King of Terror from out of the sky (unless you count Osama as a Mongol, and he was just a bit late). But that's the thing about being a prophet, you know: the future can slip right out from under you. Still, ol' Nosty saw something pretty impressive long about now, and so maybe we ought to cut him a little slack, date-wise. I mean, he was doing pretty well to nail the Fire of London, one hundred years out; but we're nearly 450 years in his future … and counting.
